I laughed when I first saw the photo below of Winston and I felt like he was saying – what are you laughing at? That expression just grabbed me straight away! His nose certainly challenged my perception of what a dog’s nose looks like but that is the challenge of portraits! As you can see my portraits are my interpretation of your photo, sometimes the background needs to be abstract so that the subject, this big boy Winston, jumps out.
